Blooming Genius is a subsidiary of Genius Within who are working towards a future where all neurodivergent talents are celebrated, and all organisations work systemically to maximise potential strengths in the workplace.

At Blooming Genius, we are working towards a future where all neurodivergent young people are adequately supported and empowered to journey through life and education at their strongest and happiest.

We do this by:

• Providing small grants/donations to neurodivergent individuals and organisations

• Sharing inclusive, strengths-focused practice and evidence

• Developing resources to share with professionals and organisations who work with neurodivergent students

We combine lived experience with professional expertise to target communities that are more likely to receive inadequate information and support around neurodiversity.
